The Katsushika Noryo Fireworks Festival is a fireworks display held annually in late July in Tokyo’s Katsushika Ward. Approximately 13,000 fireworks are launched, and since the event takes place on the banks of the Edogawa River, spectators can enjoy the fireworks from a relatively close distance.
