The Sumida River Fireworks Festival is a large-scale fireworks display held along the Sumida River in Tokyo every summer. Approximately 20,000 fireworks light up the night sky, creating a spectacular sight with the Tokyo Sky Tree in the background. This traditional event, which has been held since the Edo period, still attracts many tourists and locals.
